What we do

Everything between a printed blank and a product you can sell

There are two routes open to a new brand, and neither is built for a first drop. Overseas cut and sew starts at 100 per style per colour and takes three to four months. Buying blanks is quick, but the supplier name is still in the neck and the finishing is now your problem. We are the bit in between.

One supplier, one invoice, one point of contact. What this route is called, and why it is white label rather than private label, is explained in white label vs private label.

How it works

From artwork to delivery in two to three weeks

Every order runs the same way, and you approve everything in writing before we make anything.

  1. Step 1: Artwork and approval

We prepare your artwork, issue visual proofs and confirm your label folds, tag sizes and print placement. Nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing.

  2. Step 2: Labels into production

Your woven labels and swing tickets go straight into production, so they are ready rather than holding your order up at the end.

  3. Step 3: Garments and decoration

Garments are pulled from stock and decorated: screen print, DTF or embroidery, whichever suits the design.

  4. Step 4: Relabelling and finishing

Original neck labels are removed and yours stitched in. Care labels applied, swing tickets attached, garments finished to retail standard.

  5. Step 5: Delivered ready to sell

Folded, tagged, bagged and packed, ready to go straight to your customers or your stockists.

Minimums and lead times

Relabelling and finishing
From 25 garments, mixed styles counted together
Woven labels and swing tickets
100 per design, which is the label maker minimum
Order to delivery
Two to three weeks
Reorders on approved artwork
10 to 14 days

The 25 is the minimum for relabelling and finishing, not a minimum order. Below 25 we can still print and embroider; you just cannot have your own label on that quantity, because the labels themselves start at 100 per design.

We publish no price list, because a quote depends on the garment, the decoration, the quantity and the finish. What drives the cost is set out in full.

Questions founders ask first

Short answers, with the detail one click away on the Launch Studio pages.

  • Own label clothing is a premium blank garment made into your brand. The supplier label comes out of the neck and your woven label goes in, with your printed care label, your artwork on the garment, your swing ticket, and the whole thing bagged ready to sell. The garment was designed and made by a blank manufacturer such as Stanley/Stella, Native Spirit or AS Colour; everything a customer sees as your brand is yours. It is also called white label, and it is not the same thing as private label, which is cut and sew to your own pattern.
