What we do
Everything between a printed blank and a product you can sell
There are two routes open to a new brand, and neither is built for a first drop. Overseas cut and sew starts at 100 per style per colour and takes three to four months. Buying blanks is quick, but the supplier name is still in the neck and the finishing is now your problem. We are the bit in between.
Garments
Premium blanks from Stanley/Stella, Native Spirit and AS Colour, plus caps from Beechfield and Yupoong. Organic and recycled cotton, retail weights from 155gsm to 500gsm, held in stock.
The rangesDecoration
Screen print, DTF and embroidery. Spot colour with a base white included as standard, every job specified and checked to our standard.
Screen print, DTF or embroideryYour own label
The supplier label comes out of the neck and your woven label goes in. Printed care labels, swing tickets and size tabs alongside it.
Own label and finishingFinishing and delivery
Every garment individually bagged with a size sticker, ready to go straight to your customers or your stockists. Two to three weeks from order to delivery.
How it worksOne supplier, one invoice, one point of contact. What this route is called, and why it is white label rather than private label, is explained in white label vs private label.
The garments
Three ranges, plus caps, all held in stock
No fabric minimum and no waiting on a production run. Reorders come from the same stock, so your second run matches your first. Which range suits you depends on your weights, your colours and your margin.
Stanley/Stella
155gsm to 400gsm
Made in GOTS and GRS certified organic and recycled cotton. Retail weights, sizing to 5XL on several styles, and one of the widest colour ranges we supply. Where most of the brands we launch start.
The Stanley/Stella styles we quoteNative Spirit
155gsm to 400gsm

Designed from the start to be customised, and 100% no-label: nothing to unpick before your label goes in. Usually the keener price on tees, and the range to build a matching set from.
Read about the rangeAS Colour
180gsm to 500gsm
The heaviest garment we supply, a 500gsm hood, and up to 69 colours on a single tee. Retail fits, relaxed, oversized and boxy. For weight, or for a specific shade.
The AS Colour styles we quoteCaps and accessories
Beechfield, Yupoong and Flexfit

Structured and fitted caps, snapbacks, beanies. Embroidered rather than printed, with 3D puff as the standard finish, and your label in the inner panel.

How it works
From artwork to delivery in two to three weeks
Every order runs the same way, and you approve everything in writing before we make anything.
Step 1: Artwork and approval
We prepare your artwork, issue visual proofs and confirm your label folds, tag sizes and print placement. Nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing.
Step 2: Labels into production
Your woven labels and swing tickets go straight into production, so they are ready rather than holding your order up at the end.
Step 3: Garments and decoration
Garments are pulled from stock and decorated: screen print, DTF or embroidery, whichever suits the design.
Step 4: Relabelling and finishing
Original neck labels are removed and yours stitched in. Care labels applied, swing tickets attached, garments finished to retail standard.
Step 5: Delivered ready to sell
Folded, tagged, bagged and packed, ready to go straight to your customers or your stockists.

Minimums and lead times
- Relabelling and finishing
- From 25 garments, mixed styles counted together
- Woven labels and swing tickets
- 100 per design, which is the label maker minimum
- Order to delivery
- Two to three weeks
- Reorders on approved artwork
- 10 to 14 days
The 25 is the minimum for relabelling and finishing, not a minimum order. Below 25 we can still print and embroider; you just cannot have your own label on that quantity, because the labels themselves start at 100 per design.
We publish no price list, because a quote depends on the garment, the decoration, the quantity and the finish. What drives the cost is set out in full.
Workwear and uniforms
We also supply workwear and uniforms to businesses across West Yorkshire
Embroidered polos, hi-vis, jackets, fleeces and caps for hospitality, manufacturing, construction, logistics, corporate teams, care homes and hotels. Questions founders ask first
Short answers, with the detail one click away on the Launch Studio pages.
- Own label clothing is a premium blank garment made into your brand. The supplier label comes out of the neck and your woven label goes in, with your printed care label, your artwork on the garment, your swing ticket, and the whole thing bagged ready to sell. The garment was designed and made by a blank manufacturer such as Stanley/Stella, Native Spirit or AS Colour; everything a customer sees as your brand is yours. It is also called white label, and it is not the same thing as private label, which is cut and sew to your own pattern.
- Relabelling and finishing start at 25 garments, with mixed styles counted together. Woven labels and swing tickets run at 100 per design, which is the label maker minimum. Below 25 garments we can still print and embroider; you just cannot have your own label on that quantity. Overseas cut and sew typically starts at 100 per style per colour.
- Two to three weeks from order to delivery. Woven labels and swing tickets take 10 to 14 days from artwork approval and run alongside the garments and decoration. Reorders on approved artwork come back in 10 to 14 days. Everything is held in stock, so there is no fabric minimum and no waiting on a production run.
- Premium blanks from Stanley/Stella, Native Spirit and AS Colour, plus caps and beanies from Beechfield, Yupoong and Flexfit. Weights run from a 155gsm tee to a 500gsm hood, in straight, relaxed, oversized and boxy fits. Every style we quote is listed with its supplier code and weight on the garments pages.
- Yes. The unit is at Unit 2 Great Russell Court, Fieldhead Business Centre, Bradford BD7 1JZ, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Weight and handle are the two things you cannot judge from a screen, so come in, feel the fabrics, look at the label and swing ticket options, and decide with the garment in your hands.
- Yes. BR Apparel has supplied branded workwear and uniforms to businesses across Bradford and West Yorkshire since 2013: hospitality, manufacturing, construction, logistics, corporate teams, care homes and hotels.
