Native Spirit blanks, made into your brand
Organic cotton with no label to take out of the neck, from a 155gsm tee to a 400gsm hoodie, with joggers and shorts to match. Usually the keener price on tees.
Native Spirit is the range we look at first when margin matters on a first drop. It is usually the keener price, particularly on tees, without dropping the quality.
It was designed from the start to be customised. Every piece is 100% no-label, so there is nothing in the neck to unpick before your own label goes in.
We supply it, print or embroider it, stitch your woven label in and finish it. Relabelling and finishing start at 25 garments, with mixed styles counted together, and take four to six weeks from artwork approval, from our unit in Bradford.
Why brands choose it
No label to remove
Every piece is 100% no-label. There is no printed brand name inside the neck to unpick before yours goes in, which on a range where every garment gets relabelled means a cleaner result and less work in the neck.
The price
Usually the keener price, particularly on tees. If you are funding a first run yourself, this is often where the numbers work best without dropping the quality.
The materials
86% of the range is organic cotton, 37% uses recycled materials, and 100% of the collection is certified. Organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester and plant-based Sorona.
The colours
115 colours across 184 styles, drawn from natural landscapes: soft, earthy shades rather than bright corporate colours, which is exactly where most streetwear and lifestyle brands want to sit.
The styles we use
14 styles from a 155gsm tee to a 400gsm hoodie. The full range runs to 184 styles; this is what we actually quote.

Matching a set
This is the range to build a matching set from when the jogger and the hoodie need to feel the same.
300gsm set. The NS408 oversized hoodie with the NS700 jog pants, both 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester. The NS701 Bermuda sweat shorts are the same weight and fabric, for a summer version.
350gsm on top. The NS401 hooded sweatshirt and the NS400 crew are both 350gsm in the same blend. None of the Native Spirit joggers we list is 350gsm, so for a 350gsm tracksuit the Stanley/Stella Mover 2.0 is the match.
Match the fabric type as well as the weight. A brushed hoodie next to a French terry jogger feels like two different products.
Oversized cuts and European production
Native Spirit has a dedicated oversized range. The oversized styles we list, the NS332, NS308 and NS408, are on our oversized and boxy page alongside the cuts from the other ranges.
There is also a Made in Portugal collection for brands that want European production. If that matters to your brand, say so when you ask for a quote.
What we do with it
Buying blanks is the easy part. Making them into a product is the job.
- Decoration
- Screen print, DTF and embroidery. Chest, back, sleeve or cuff, whatever the design needs.
- Relabelling
- There is no Native Spirit label to take out. Your woven label goes into the neck. From 25 garments, mixed styles counted together.
- Woven labels
- Your brand woven into damask. Loop, centre, border, end, mitre and hem folds. Minimum 100 per design.
- Care labels
- Printed satin wash and composition labels, applied alongside your brand label.
- Swing tickets
- Attached to every garment.
- Bagging
- Individually bagged with a size sticker, ready for the shelf.
The relabelling is the part that matters. Until your label is in, you have a printed blank. After it, you have a product.
Minimums and lead times
- Garments
- From 25
- Relabelling and finishing
- From 25, mixed styles counted together
- Woven labels and swing tickets
- 100 per design
- Order to delivery
- Four to six weeks from artwork approval
- Reorders on approved artwork
- The same as the first run
Everything is held in stock, so there is no fabric minimum and no waiting on a production run. Reorders come from the same stock, which means your second run matches your first. The full finishing package is on our own label page.
How it compares
All three ranges cover a full collection. They differ on the label, the weight at the top end and the certification.
| Native Spirit | Stanley/Stella | AS Colour | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Label in the neck | None, 100% no-label | Removed, yours stitched in | Removed, yours stitched in |
| Lightest tee we list | 155gsm | 155gsm | 180gsm |
| Heaviest hoodie | 400gsm | 400gsm | 500gsm |
| Organic certification | Organic and recycled | GOTS and GRS | Not the lead |
If certification is central to the brand story, Stanley/Stella is the stronger answer. If it is weight or colour, AS Colour. If it is margin on a first drop, or a neck with nothing to unpick, this is the range.
Native Spirit questions
- No. Every Native Spirit piece is 100% no-label: there is no printed brand name inside the neck to unpick before your own goes in. On a range where every garment gets your woven label, that means a cleaner result and less work in the neck.
- Yes. We supply Native Spirit blanks, print or embroider them, stitch your woven label into the neck, add printed care labels and swing tickets, and bag each garment ready to sell. Relabelling and finishing start at 25 garments, with mixed styles counted together, and take four to six weeks from artwork approval, from our unit in Bradford.
- 86% of the Native Spirit range is organic cotton, 37% uses recycled materials, and 100% of the collection is certified. Those certifications belong to the garments and to Native Spirit, not to BR Apparel. Every style we list is organic cotton, either 100% or 85% blended with 15% recycled polyester.
- Tees from the 155gsm NS300 to the 300gsm French Terry NS308, hoodies from 300gsm (NS408, NS406) to the 400gsm French Terry Hoodie (NS431), a 350gsm crew neck sweatshirt (NS400), and 300gsm joggers and shorts (NS700, NS723, NS701).
- Native Spirit is usually the keener price, particularly on tees, and has no label to remove. Stanley/Stella carries the deepest certification, GOTS and GRS, and the wider choice of styles. Both run from a 155gsm tee to a 400gsm hoodie, so for many first drops the deciding question is margin or certification.
Come and handle them
Weight and hand are the two things you cannot judge from a screen, and the difference between a brushed fleece and a French terry is obvious the moment you pick them up.
We are in Bradford. Come in, feel the fabrics, look at the label and swing ticket options, and decide with the garment in your hands.
