BR Apparel is a Bradford-based uniform supplier. Our production facility is at Unit 2 Great Russell Court, Fieldhead Business Centre, BD7 1JZ, and we have been supplying branded uniforms to businesses across the city and the wider region since 2013.

Building a Uniform Around Roles
The mistake most businesses make is choosing a garment first and then working out who wears it. It is faster the other way round: list the roles, decide what each one needs to do, and the garments follow. Almost every business we supply ends up with three to five packs rather than one uniform.

Packs do not all have to come from the same brand. We supply several ranges and regularly mix them in one order, because the brand that makes the best apron is rarely the brand that makes the best softshell.
Running a Uniform, Not Just Ordering One
The first order is the easy part. What decides whether a uniform works is everything that happens in the two years afterwards.
Sizing across a team, not a person
The single most common cause of a failed rollout. A size chart is not a fit. For anything over about twenty people we would rather send a sample set or come to you and run a sizing session than have you guess and discover the problem when the boxes land.
New starters without a new minimum
Once your design is on file with us there is no minimum on re-orders. That is the difference between a uniform you can actually run and one where a single new starter means ordering another six.
The same garment in eighteen months
Artwork, thread colours, garment codes and sizing are all held on record, so a top-up matches the original batch. This is the thing national suppliers quietly get wrong: the garment changes, and suddenly your team is in two slightly different navies.
A budget you can plan against
Uniform is easier to sign off per head per year than as a single number. Once roles and garments are agreed we can give you that figure, which is usually what a finance director is actually asking for.
