About these terms
These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of brapparel.co.uk and the supply of branded uniforms, workwear, embroidery and printing services by BR Apparel Ltd (Company No. 08549003), Unit 2 Great Russell Court, Fieldhead Business Centre, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD7 1JZ. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
Use of the website
The content on brapparel.co.uk is provided for general information about our products and services. We make every reasonable effort to keep information accurate and up to date, but specifications, lead times and pricing may change. Final pricing and lead times are confirmed in writing on each quote.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are issued in writing following an enquiry and are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted only once written confirmation has been issued, artwork has been approved and any required deposit has been received.
Artwork and intellectual property
By submitting logos, artwork or branding for embroidery or printing, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use that material. We will use it only to fulfil your order. All website content, branding and photography on brapparel.co.uk remains the property of BR Apparel Ltd or its licensors.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are confirmed on each quote. Late payments may attract interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Production, lead times and delivery
Standard production turnaround is typically 3–4 working days from artwork approval, subject to garment availability. Delivery dates are estimates and not contractually guaranteed unless agreed in writing in advance.
Returns and faults
Branded items produced to your specification are non-returnable unless faulty. Any fault or supply issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
