Stanley/Stella blanks, made into your brand

Organic and recycled cotton, retail weights from a 155gsm tee to a 400gsm hoodie, sizing to 5XL, and one of the widest colour ranges available anywhere.

Stanley/Stella is where most of the brands we launch start, and there is a reason for it.

We supply it, print or embroider it, take the Stanley/Stella label out of the neck and stitch yours in. From 25 garments, in two to three weeks, from our own unit in Bradford.

Why brands choose it

The fabric

The garments are made in GOTS and GRS certified organic and recycled cotton, produced in Fair Wear accredited facilities. If sustainability is part of your brand story, this is the range that stands up to being asked about.

The weights

A proper range rather than two options. 155gsm for a light graphic tee, 240gsm for something with body, 280gsm boxy for streetwear, 300 to 400gsm across the hoodies. You can build a coherent collection without mixing suppliers.

The colours

Whites, colours, essential heathers and special heathers, with reference codes on every one. When a founder has a specific shade in mind, this is usually where we find it.

The sizing

XXS to 3XL across most styles, and to 5XL on the Cruiser 2.0. Wider than most ranges, which matters more than founders expect once orders start coming in.

The styles we use most

The full range runs to several hundred styles. This is what we actually quote.

Matching a set

If you are building a tracksuit, the jogger has to match the hoodie in weight and handle or it will not read as a set. Two combinations that work:

350gsm set. Cruiser 2.0 or Slammer 2.0 hoodie with the Mover 2.0 jogger. Brushed cotton throughout, consistent hand.

400gsm set. Voicer hoodie with the Jammer Dry jogger. Heavier, boxier, and the colour choice is narrower.

Match the fabric type as well as the weight. A brushed hoodie next to a French terry jogger feels like two different products.

A word on 400gsm

Founders often arrive asking for 400gsm or heavier, and it is worth knowing what that costs beyond the price.

At 400gsm the colour palette narrows sharply. Typically black, navy, natural and one or two greens. Oatmeal, charcoal and dusty blue are not made at that weight.

At 350gsm you get the full colour range and a garment that still feels substantial in the hand. Unless the weight is central to your brand story, 350gsm is usually the better trade.

What we do with it

Buying blanks is the easy part. Making them into a product is the job.

Decoration
Screen print, DTF and embroidery. Chest, back, sleeve or cuff, whatever the design needs.
Relabelling
The Stanley/Stella label comes out of the neck and yours goes in. From 25 garments, mixed styles counted together.
Woven labels
Your brand woven into damask. Loop, centre, border, end, mitre and hem folds. Minimum 100 per design.
Care labels
Printed satin wash and composition labels, applied alongside your brand label.
Swing tickets
Attached to every garment.
Bagging
Individually bagged with a size sticker, ready for the shelf.

The relabelling is the part that matters. Until it is done you have a printed blank with somebody else's name in the collar. After it, you have a product.

Everything is held in stock, so there is no fabric minimum and no waiting on a production run. Reorders come from the same stock, which means your second run matches your first. The full finishing package is on our own label page.

Come and handle them

Weight and hand are the two things you cannot judge from a screen. A 350gsm hoodie and a 400gsm hoodie look identical in a photograph and feel completely different when you pick them up.

We are in Bradford. Come in, feel the fabrics, look at the label and swing ticket options, and decide with the garment in your hands.
