Logistics & Warehouse Workwear Bradford
Branded workwear for warehouse, distribution and transport teams along the M62 corridor and across Yorkshire, embroidered and packed in-house at our Bradford unit.

Logistics & Warehouse Workwear Bradford
BR Apparel supplies branded workwear to warehouse, distribution and transport operators across Bradford, the M62 corridor and the wider West Yorkshire region.
Warehouse and logistics teams move faster than most. Shifts overlap, agency staff arrive at short notice, peak season doubles headcount overnight. Workwear has to keep up, and it has to keep looking the same across every shift on every site.
Everything is embroidered, printed and dispatched in-house, so a same-week top-up rarely needs a courier from the other end of the country.
Garments for Warehouse and Transport Teams
A picker on the warehouse floor, a forklift driver in the racking aisles and a transport driver knocking on a customer’s door all need slightly different kit. Most of our logistics clients order across all three.
Typical items we supply for warehouse and logistics operations:
- Hi-vis vests and waistcoats for pickers and forklift operators
- Hi-vis polos and sweatshirts for warehouse floor teams
- Branded polos and softshells for drivers and customer-facing staff
- Embroidered fleeces and thermal bodywarmers for cooler shifts
- Workwear hoodies, t-shirts and quarter-zips for shift teams
- Branded softshell jackets and bodywarmers for yard staff
We will help you split the order intelligently so core staff get embroidered kit that lasts, and high-turnover roles get something cheaper and faster to replace.

Branding for High-Turnover Teams
Construction sites issue kit and expect it back. Warehouses rarely get that luxury. Agency staff change weekly, garments leave with people, and peak season pulls in workers who may only be on site for a fortnight. Branding strategy has to reflect that.
Approaches that work well for warehouse and logistics operators:
- Embroidery for permanent kit issued to core teams
- DTF and screen-printed tops for seasonal and agency staff
- Driver name and role embroidered below the chest logo
- Cheap, branded hi-vis vests for short-term cover
- Consistent placement so teams look uniform across shifts
We can use screen printing or DTF transfers on the volume tier and embroidery on the permanent tier of the same order.
Who We Supply in Bradford Logistics
The M62 corridor and the wider Bradford to Leeds belt is one of the busiest distribution catchments in the country. The operators we support range from sole haulage businesses to multi-site 3PLs, and the workwear they need shifts with the operation.
We currently supply branded workwear to logistics and warehouse teams including:
- 3PL operators and contract logistics providers
- Distribution centres and regional fulfilment hubs
- E-commerce and direct-to-consumer fulfilment teams
- Haulage, transport and pallet network operators
- Last-mile delivery and courier networks
- Forklift, MHE and yard operations
- Warehouse management and supervisor teams
If you run multiple operations under one brand, talk to us about how to keep drivers, pickers and supervisors visually consistent without forcing every role into the same garment. Our wider Bradford workwear supply covers the same fundamentals beyond logistics-specific kit.
Why Bradford Logistics Operators Choose BR Apparel
Most of our logistics clients sit on the same belt of distribution parks we do. That proximity makes a real difference when an agency manager rings on a Friday afternoon needing twenty hi-vis polos for Monday morning. We are not promising to do that every time, but we are close enough to try.
Production runs in-house. Embroidery, DTF transfers and screen printing all happen under the same roof, which is what lets us hold to a 3 to 4 working day turnaround on most logistics orders and split a single order across multiple branding methods when it makes sense.
Once artwork and sizing are agreed, both stay on file. Adding new starters, replacing lost kit or rolling out the same uniform to a new site is a single email rather than a fresh quote.

Built for Peak Season
October to January is when warehouse workwear supply gets tested properly. Headcount doubles, agency rotations accelerate, and the last thing an operations manager wants is a supplier who needs four weeks of notice. Our setup is designed to absorb that.
- Stock held on file for fast top-ups
- Bulk hi-vis turned around without specifying every name
- New starters kitted out within days, not weeks
- Repeat artwork pulled from the system without re-approval
We deliver across the Leeds and Yorkshire distribution belt and beyond. See the areas we support for full coverage.

Common questions from Bradford warehouse and transport operators ordering branded workwear.
- Yes. We supply hi-vis vests, polos, sweatshirts and jackets in the high-visibility colours typically required on warehouse floors and in yards. We can advise on which garments fit the environment, whether that is a forklift aisle, a loading bay, a yard shunt operation or a customer-facing delivery round.
- Standard turnaround is 3 to 4 working days from artwork approval. During October to January many of our logistics clients hold artwork and sizing on file with us, which means top-up orders can usually be produced within a few working days even at the busiest point in the calendar. If you know peak is coming, plan with us in late summer and we will hold capacity.
- Yes. Driver-facing kit is a different brief to warehouse floor kit. We typically supply embroidered polos, softshells and quarter-zips with a clean left-chest logo, sometimes with the driver name and role underneath. The aim is workwear that holds up in the cab and still presents well when someone opens their front door.
- Split the order. Embroider permanent kit for core staff and supervisors, then run cheaper printed or DTF tops for agency and seasonal workers. Keep the design identical across both tiers and the team still looks uniform on the floor, but you are not embroidering garments that may leave with someone after a fortnight.
- We supply branded fleeces, thermal bodywarmers and softshell linings suitable for chilled and lower-temperature environments. For genuine freezer-spec PPE we will be honest about where our range ends and point you to specialists if needed. For the rest of the cold chain, our standard branded layers cover most needs.
- Yes. We hold sizing, artwork and per-role garment selections on file, so rolling the same uniform out to a new site is straightforward. For larger operators we can also support staggered deliveries across sites rather than dropping everything at one location.
