I’m Baljit Rai. I started working in a Bradford embroidery factory at 13 years old in 1994. Thirty years later I run my own, BR Apparel Ltd, right here in Bradford.
I have spent three decades in the textile and garment industry. I know what it takes to get a clothing brand from idea to first sale because I have done it myself and helped others do it too.
