Uniform supply you can plan around
BR Apparel has supplied branded workwear and uniforms to businesses across Bradford, Leeds and West Yorkshire since 2013.
We work mostly with procurement managers, operations managers and multi-site teams who need a supplier that turns up on time and matches the last batch. Embroidery and DTF are run in house at our Bradford unit, your artwork, garment codes and sizing are held on file, and a reorder for a new starter comes back looking like the original run.
From a dozen embroidered polos to a uniform rollout across several sites, it is one process, one supplier and one point of contact.

How ordering works
One process, whether it is a dozen polos or a rollout across several sites.
Step 1: Share your requirements
Roles or departments, rough quantities, the garments you have in mind and your logo. A phone call or the form is enough to start.
Step 2: Quote within 24 hours
Itemised by role or department, with garments, branding method and placement confirmed, and the lead time in writing.
Step 3: Sizing and samples
A sample set to try on, a visit to the Bradford showroom, or an on-site sizing session for larger teams, so the first box fits.
Step 4: Approve artwork and garments
A visual proof of your logo on the garment, signed off in writing before anything is stitched or pressed.
Step 5: Production and delivery
Embroidery and DTF run in house in Bradford. Standard turnaround is 4 to 5 working days from approval, then next-day courier or a direct drop.

Used BR Apparel for embroidered polos, hoodies and fleeces for my business and I am really pleased with how they came out. I sent my logos across and had mockups back within a day. The embroidery is really high quality, the stitching is clean, the colour match is exact and the placement is perfect. Turnaround was quick and communication was great throughout. I would highly recommend Baljit and his team.

We have worked with BR Apparel from the very beginning and have consistently been impressed with the level of professionalism and service provided. The entire process is smooth and well organised, with clear and timely communication throughout. Their showroom is a great advantage, allowing customers to view the full range of garments before placing an order. The team is always responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend BR Apparel.

I used Baljit and his team for our latest batch of hi-vis workwear. The service was excellent from start to finish, the quality of the workwear is excellent and the front and back logos are brilliant. He turned our order around in no time at all. I have just placed another order today.
Workwear and uniform questions
The questions businesses ask before a first order. The sector pages cover the detail for each kind of team.
- Yes. Workwear is the garments specified for the physical job: hi-vis, work trousers, hard-wearing layers and PPE. Uniform is what the whole business wears across every role, chosen for consistency and for keeping people kitted as they join and leave. We supply both from the same Bradford unit, and most businesses need a mix: hi-vis for the yard, polos and softshells for the office and the sales team, all carrying the same logo.
- We are based in Bradford and supply businesses across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Keighley and Dewsbury, and the wider region including Harrogate, York and Skipton. Orders go out by next-day courier once produced, or as a direct drop for larger orders, and we can split a single order between sites.
- Once your first order is on file we hold your artwork, thread colours, garment codes and sizing, so a top-up for a new starter comes back matching the original batch. There is no minimum on reorders: a single polo is fine. For businesses running a uniform across several sites we can set up an online ordering portal so managers order against a fixed, approved range.
- Yes. You are welcome to visit the showroom at our Bradford unit to see fabric weights, fit and finish on the brands we recommend, or we can post a sample set for your team to try on. For larger rollouts we run on-site sizing sessions, because a size chart is not a fit and getting it wrong is the most common reason a first order disappoints.
- Embroidery, DTF print and screen print. Embroidery and DTF are run in house at our Bradford unit. Embroidery is the standard for polos, fleeces, jackets and caps and lasts the life of the garment; DTF suits full-colour logos, small runs and mixed fabrics; screen print suits larger runs of a simple design. We recommend the right method for each garment on the quote.
- Yes, through BR Apparel Launch Studio, which supplies premium blank garments relabelled with a brand’s own woven label, decorated and finished ready to sell, from 25 garments. It is a separate service with its own pages, written for founders rather than for businesses kitting out a team. The workwear and uniform supply on this side of the site is unchanged.
