Anything under 300gsm will feel thin against a retail competitor. 350gsm is the sweet spot for most brands. 400gsm is a statement, but it narrows your colour options considerably.

The Made Hood at 500gsm is the heaviest garment we supply. Four colours only, but if the weight is the point of your brand, this is the garment. Expect it to feel closer to outerwear than a hoodie.
A word on 400gsm
Founders often arrive asking for 400gsm or heavier, and it is worth knowing what that costs you beyond the price.
At 400gsm the colour palette narrows sharply, typically to black, navy, natural and one or two greens. Oatmeal, charcoal and dusty blue are not made at that weight in the ranges worth using.
At 350gsm you get the full colour range and a garment that still feels substantial in the hand. Unless the weight is central to your brand story, 350gsm is usually the better trade.
If the weight genuinely is the story, the AS Colour Made Hood at 500gsm goes further than anything else we supply. You just accept four colours to get there.
The Cruiser 2.0 runs to 5XL. Most other hoodies run XXS to 3XL.
Everything here is held in stock, so there is no fabric minimum and no waiting on a production run. Reorders come from the same stock, which means your second run matches your first. Relabelling and finishing start at 25 garments, with mixed styles counted together.
