What it costs and why
We will not publish a price list, because a quote depends on the garment, the decoration, the quantity and the finish. Here is how it works, so you can plan.
What makes up a price
The garment
The biggest single line. Priced from our trade cost with a markup that falls as quantity rises.
Decoration
Screen print, DTF or embroidery, priced per position per garment. Screen print carries a one-off origination per colour per design, and that set-up is spread across the run, so it falls away as the quantity rises. DTF has no set-up at all.
Finishing
Relabelling, swing ticket application and bagging, charged per garment.
Labels and tickets
Made to order, minimum 100 per design.
Set-up
Screen originations where applicable. Digitising and vector redraw where needed.
Minimums
- Relabelling and finishing
- 25 garments, mixed styles counted together
- Woven labels and swing tickets
- 100 per design, which is the label maker minimum
- Packaging
- 1,000
Below 25 garments we can still print and embroider. You just cannot have your own label on that quantity, because the labels themselves start at 100 per design.
Why your second order is cheaper
Your labels are already made, your screens are held for you and your artwork is digitised. On a repeat order, none of that is charged again.
Order 100 or more and the labels and tickets drop into a lower band too.
Your margin improves as you scale rather than staying flat. That is the point.
What we do not do
- We are not a print-on-demand supplier and we do not work in ones and twos.
- We do not accept client-supplied garments. We source everything, so we can stand behind the finish.
- We cannot advise on trademarks or brand names. That is a job for a solicitor.
