Your logo. Your label. Your brand.
This is the work that turns a decorated blank into your product, and it is the part most new brands skip.
What is involved
Relabelling
We remove the original supplier label and stitch yours in its place. Neck, side seam, sleeve or cuff. On caps, the inner panel.
Woven labels
The retail standard. Your brand woven into damask. Loop, Manhattan, border, centre, hem, mitre and each-end folds. The fold changes how it sits in the neck, and it is the first decision to make.
Printed care labels
Wash instructions and composition, applied alongside your brand label, so the garment is finished the way a retailer expects to receive it.
Swing tickets
Attached to every garment. It is the cheapest part of your brand, and it is what makes a garment read as retail rather than merchandise.
Bagging
Every garment individually bagged with a size sticker, ready to sell.
Minimums
- Relabelling and swing ticket application
- 25 garments, mixed styles counted together
- Woven labels and swing tickets
- 100 per design, which is the label maker minimum
- Packaging
- 1,000
Below 25 garments we can still print and embroider. You just cannot have your own label on that quantity, because the labels themselves start at 100 per design.
Anything left over is held at our Bradford unit at no extra cost and carried into your next run.
Until the relabelling is done you have a printed blank with somebody else's name in the collar. After it, you have a product. Tell us what you are making and we will talk you through the fold types and the tag sizes.
