Hoodies with your label, from 25
Hoodie manufacturer for UK clothing brands
300gsm to 500gsm blanks from Stanley/Stella, Native Spirit and AS Colour. Your woven label, embroidery or print, finished and bagged. From 25 garments, mixed styles counted together.
BR Apparel Launch Studio makes own label hoodies for new UK clothing brands. We do not cut and sew: we supply premium blank hoodies from stock, decorate them, and stitch your woven label into the neck. That is white label, and it is how a hoodie brand can start at 25 garments instead of 100 per style per colour.
The weights run from 300gsm to the 500gsm AS Colour Made Hood (5151). Lead time four to six weeks from artwork approval.
What goes into a hoodie drop
The weight
350gsm is the sweet spot for most brands: the Stanley/Stella Cruiser 2.0 (STSU177) and Slammer 2.0 (STSU209), and the Native Spirit NS401 and NS436. 400gsm is a statement, in the Voicer (STSU256) and the NS431. The Made Hood is 500gsm.
The cut
Medium fit, relaxed, oversized and boxy, plus the Cultivator 2.0 zip hoodie (STSU179) and the Native Spirit short sleeve hoodie (NS406).
The decoration
Embroidery for a chest logo, from a single garment. DTF for full colour and runs under 100 per design. Screen print at 100 or more of the same design, where the set-up is included.
Your label
The supplier label comes out of the neck, or on Native Spirit there is none to remove, and your woven label goes in, with a printed care label and a swing ticket. Every hoodie is bagged with a size sticker.

Hoodie brand questions
- Yes. BR Apparel in Bradford makes own label hoodies from premium blanks: Stanley/Stella, Native Spirit and AS Colour, from 300gsm to 500gsm. Each is decorated with embroidery, DTF or screen print, relabelled with your woven label and finished ready to sell, from 25 garments with mixed styles counted together.
- 25 garments, with mixed styles counted together, for relabelling and finishing. Woven labels and swing tickets run at 100 per design, which is the label maker minimum, and the spares are held for the next order. Below 25 we can still print or embroider hoodies without your own label.
- Anything under 300gsm will feel thin against a retail competitor. 350gsm is the sweet spot for most brands, with the widest colour range. 400gsm is a statement, and the 500gsm AS Colour Made Hood (5151) feels closer to outerwear than a hoodie. The heavier the hoodie, the fewer colours it comes in.
- No. We do not cut and sew. We supply blank hoodies held in stock, decorate them and put your woven label in the neck, which is white label. Overseas cut and sew to your own pattern is typically 100 per style per colour; when your volumes justify it, we will say so.
- Four to six weeks from artwork approval. Woven labels take 10 to 14 working days from the label maker, on new and repeat orders alike. They run alongside production rather than adding to it. Orders without labels are quicker. Decoration and finishing only is usually two to three weeks. Reorders on approved artwork take the same time as the first run.
